Tara’ Story

The Heart Behind the Work

Giving back has always been part of my purpose. Over the years, I’ve volunteered with Cleaning for a Reason, a program that provides free house cleaning for individuals undergoing cancer treatment. It’s a cause that reflects what Top Hat Cleaning stands for — compassion, community, and the belief that a clean home can bring comfort during life’s hardest moments.

Outside of work, I’m also passionate about dog rescue and adoption. For the past year I helped coordinate foster placements and adoptions for dogs in need, many of whom have been abandoned or mistreated. Helping them find safe, loving homes is deeply meaningful to me.

I’m proud that Top Hat Cleaning remains personal and hands-on. I’m involved in every aspect of the work and care deeply about every home we clean.

This isn’t just a business to me — it’s a reflection of who I am: hardworking, compassionate, and committed to helping others live comfortably in clean, healthy spaces.

They were very accommodating despite me not having a great idea of what the suite would look like when they got there due to some conflict with my ex roommate, and the place was definitely quite messy. And I ended up with my full security deposit back!
