At Top Hat Cleaning Services, we keep pricing simple and clear. All of our cleaning services are flat-rated for easy budgeting — except Housekeeping, which is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. No guesswork, no surprises.
For one-time or deeper cleaning services, every home is unique. You’re welcome to reach out by phone or email, but we do like to have a quick, friendly call before scheduling. This helps us understand your needs, make sure we book you for the right service type, and pass along any important details you’ll need for cleaning day so everything runs smoothly.
There’s never any pressure — just honest, straightforward pricing.
We also offer senior rates and convenient housekeeping packages (including one complimentary cleaning) for clients who book regularly.
