Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Top Hat Cleaning for my move-out clean. When they arrived, they realized the job needed more work than the original estimate accounted for — and rather than rush through it or leave things half done, they actually cancelled their next appointment just to make sure everything was taken care of for me. That kind of care is rare, and I was genuinely touched by it.

They didn’t cut any corners either. They cleaned the blinds, the walls, all the little details that so many cleaning companies overlook. Everything was left absolutely spotless.

Beyond the incredible work, they were so professional, reliable, and understanding every step of the way. I felt truly taken care of during a stressful move, and I’m so grateful for their effort and kindness.

I’d recommend Top Hat Cleaning to anyone in a heartbeat (I’ll be reaching out to them once again for my move-in cleaning once my renovations are done!). Thank you for going above and beyond!

They did an excellent and thorough job, answering all my questions and explaining everything. They even asked me to check everything before they left. It was a very smooth and stress free process at a very reasonable price! They were a lot of fun to talk to as well! I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The ladies at Top Hat Cleaning were exceptional! I hired them for my move out cleaning based on their reviews. It was reassuring that they stand by their work and guarantee your landlord will be satisfied. They offer to stay until the move out inspection has been completed in case something is a miss so they can complete it. Very friendly, very thorough, very reliable! I tip my hat to you ladies! Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked Top Hat Cleaning for the first time for a move out of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Tara was kind enough to clean on a long weekend Sunday when they don’t normally work over the weekends. Booking communication was prompt and easy, and her team left my apartment absolutely spotless and smelling so fresh! I am so impressed by their kindness and service, I will absolutely book again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Tara and Top Hat Cleaning!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tara and Mckayla from Top Hat Cleaning are exceptional. They left my unit in better condition than it was when I moved in, which speaks for itself in terms of skill. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the work they do is obvious from the moment they start.

What really sets them apart is their integrity. This is a reliable team who takes their work seriously. They go above and beyond not just with the cleaning itself, but in how they conduct themselves professionally. If you ever need to rely on their services for anything beyond the clean, you can trust that they'll be straightforward with you and have your back. That combination of skill and character is hard to find.

Highly, highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top hat cleaning made a stressful move out experience easy! They were very accommodating despite me not having a great idea of what the suite would look like when they got there due to some conflict with my ex roommate, and the place was definitely quite messy. And I ended up with my full security deposit back!

Praise from past clients

I’ve had a few cleaning services in my home in the last while and they were all pretty good, but my last experience with Top Hat was the best. They did a good job on my house, but more importantly for me is that there was a level of “trust” between customer and client that came through in the initial meeting. This is important to me as you let someone into your home for a few hours and you want them to be there for the right reasons. Would definitely hire them again, and will refer them to the 190 +/- people that work in my agency.

Top Hat was hired to come clean my apartment after I moved in. It had been spot cleaned but was in desperate need of a deep clean to remove a layer of grime from the previous tenants that hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to my move-in. The Top Hat ladies worked efficiently and effectively, and were really pleasant to have in the apartment. I was impressed with the owner of the business, and I will be using their cleaning service regularly moving forward

– Karen Campbell

I have been using Top Hat Cleaning for over a year for general cleaning services a couple times a month. They are prompt, professional, flexible, and are so very thorough. They get all the nooks and crannies, and do not cut corners. I have stayed so long because I have come to trust them in my home, and trust the work they do. I would recommend these ladies to anyone for any job, big or small.
