Hi Tara,

I wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service your crew provided. Our former landlord was so impressed that he asked for the contact info of your company (which I gave him).

Thanks again,
Anastasiya

Couldn’t have been happier with the ladies from Top Hat who did my 3/21/2015 move out cleaning!

Professional attitude, arrived a few minutes early, felt comfortable to pay first and leave to deal with other move out items. When I returned after a call stating they were done (on time) and did a few extra items to help get my deposit back fully I was very impressed.

My old landlord said it best: “I have seen a lot of services done and all of them still appeared dirty after completion. This is the first one I have seen where I am not even planning to do anything. Do you have their card?”

I would like to thank everyone at Top Hat Cleaning for going above and beyond when it came to the move-out cleaning package for my suite.

Due to a consulting job in another province which had an immediate start date, I had to quickly move and vacate my apartment. As a result, I didn’t have time to take care of the cleaning aspect after moving my belongings. Top Hat Cleaning and the great staff came through for me in ways I didn’t think was possible.

I am very thankful for the great service and cleaning provided which took an enormous amount of stress away from me when I had other logistical issues to deal with, especially at the end of the month with very little notice.

The suite owner was very impressed with how clean everything was and I will thankfully be receiving my damage deposit back.

I will certainly utilize the services of Top Hat Cleaning again once my contract is up and I move back to Vancouver.

Thanks to all!
Dale Currie

Hi Tara,

I want to thank you so much for the outstanding service I received when using Top Hat Cleaning. I first contacted your company during a particularly stressful time, when I had been neglecting the care of my condo.

I initially chose Top Hat Cleaning over other companies not only for the detailed list of focus areas you took care to include for each room and your flexible work hours, but also for the unique fact that you offer carpet cleaning as well.

Never having hired a cleaning service before, I was a bit unsure of what to expect but upon your arrival with two other co-workers, I immediately saw the friendly, fun and positive way your company had in its approach.

I was amazed at how quickly you said that you would be done but even more so at how efficient, detailed and professional the end result was. You left my home more fresh and clean than I ever expected.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Top Hat Cleaning for my move-out clean. When they arrived, they realized the job needed more work than the original estimate accounted for — and rather than rush through it or leave things half done, they actually cancelled their next appointment just to make sure everything was taken care of for me. That kind of care is rare, and I was genuinely touched by it.

They didn’t cut any corners either. They cleaned the blinds, the walls, all the little details that so many cleaning companies overlook. Everything was left absolutely spotless.

Beyond the incredible work, they were so professional, reliable, and understanding every step of the way. I felt truly taken care of during a stressful move, and I’m so grateful for their effort and kindness.

I’d recommend Top Hat Cleaning to anyone in a heartbeat (I’ll be reaching out to them once again for my move-in cleaning once my renovations are done!). Thank you for going above and beyond!

I really appreciate Top Hat Cleaning for fitting me in way last minute. They did an excellent and thorough job, answering all my questions and explaining everything. They even asked me to check everything before they left. It was a very smooth and stress free process at a very reasonable price! They were a lot of fun to talk to as well! I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

The ladies at Top Hat Cleaning were exceptional! I hired them for my move out cleaning based on their reviews. It was reassuring that they stand by their work and guarantee your landlord will be satisfied. They offer to stay until the move out inspection has been completed in case something is a miss so they can complete it. Very friendly, very thorough, very reliable! I tip my hat to you ladies! Highly recommend!

I booked Top Hat Cleaning for the first time for a move out of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Tara was kind enough to clean on a long weekend Sunday when they don’t normally work over the weekends. Booking communication was prompt and easy, and her team left my apartment absolutely spotless and smelling so fresh! I am so impressed by their kindness and service, I will absolutely book again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Tara and Top Hat Cleaning!

Tara and Mckayla from Top Hat Cleaning are exceptional. They left my unit in better condition than it was when I moved in, which speaks for itself in terms of skill. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the work they do is obvious from the moment they start.

What really sets them apart is their integrity. This is a reliable team who takes their work seriously. They go above and beyond not just with the cleaning itself, but in how they conduct themselves professionally. If you ever need to rely on their services for anything beyond the clean, you can trust that they'll be straightforward with you and have your back. That combination of skill and character is hard to find.

Highly, highly recommend.

Top hat cleaning made a stressful move out experience easy! They were very accommodating despite me not having a great idea of what the suite would look like when they got there due to some conflict with my ex roommate, and the place was definitely quite messy. And I ended up with my full security deposit back!

The team at Top Hat Cleaning were as advertised. They were super communicative, extremely hardworking, and most importantly, did a thorough and efficient job at cleaning our condo. I’ve used many cleaning services over the years and sadly, many have not lived up to their promises. This is absolutely not the case with Top Hat Cleaning. I would definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a spotless cleaning along with professional service.

We had a great experience with this cleaning company. They were able to arrange the cleaning for the very next day, and communication was excellent throughout. They texted me when they were on the way and provided an ETA, which gave me time to prepare.

The team finished cleaning everything in less than two hours, and the results were very impressive. The blinds were absolutely spotless. I was really impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work.

Highly recommend this company, and I will definitely continue using their services.
