Couldn’t have been happier with the ladies from Top Hat who did my 3/21/2015 move out cleaning!

Professional attitude, arrived a few minutes early, felt comfortable to pay first and leave to deal with other move out items. When I returned after a call stating they were done (on time) and did a few extra items to help get my deposit back fully I was very impressed.

My old landlord said it best: “I have seen a lot of services done and all of them still appeared dirty after completion. This is the first one I have seen where I am not even planning to do anything. Do you have their card?”

I would like to thank everyone at Top Hat Cleaning for going above and beyond when it came to the move-out cleaning package for my suite.

Due to a consulting job in another province which had an immediate start date, I had to quickly move and vacate my apartment. As a result, I didn’t have time to take care of the cleaning aspect after moving my belongings. Top Hat Cleaning and the great staff came through for me in ways I didn’t think was possible.

I am very thankful for the great service and cleaning provided which took an enormous amount of stress away from me when I had other logistical issues to deal with, especially at the end of the month with very little notice.

The suite owner was very impressed with how clean everything was and I will thankfully be receiving my damage deposit back.

I will certainly utilize the services of Top Hat Cleaning again once my contract is up and I move back to Vancouver.
